Among Taiwan's most prized teas. Lishan (Pear Mountain) sits at 1,700–2,500m — one of the highest tea-growing elevations in Taiwan. Extreme altitude and dramatic day-night temperature swings slow leaf growth, concentrating every layer of flavor into the leaves.
