Grown in the misty Alishan mountains of Chiayi County at high elevation. Cool temperatures, cloud cover, and slow leaf growth produce a naturally sweet, clean oolong with no bitterness. Gentle enough for daily drinking, refined enough for gifting.

Brewing: Hot: 5g / 150–200ml / 90–95°C / 30–60 sec / up to 5 re-steeps. Cold brew: 5g / 500ml / refrigerate 6–8 hours.
