Which countries do you ship to?
We use Taiwan Post EMS for worldwide shipping, including to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China. For other destinations, please contact us.
How is shipping calculated?
International shipping is calculated based on destination and weight. Free shipping on all orders over AUD 300. Standard shipping to Australia costs approximately AUD 15–30 for the first kilogram and AUD 5 for each additional kilogram. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days via Taiwan Post EMS.
Method of payment?
Payment methods are as follows:
・Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
・Paypal (non-Taiwanese account only)
・WeChat Pay / Alipay (mainland China only)
・Taiwan Bank transfer (please inquire by email)
How long will it take to receive it?
Most international destinations take approximately 3–7 business days to arrive using Taiwan Post EMS. There may be delays during holidays.
